Motocross Quiet Ride Helmet Technology Government tested noise reduction rating NRR17. Translation 65% reduction of exterior noise entering ears.
Thermoplastic polyurethane is very thin and stretchy covering over gel and memory foam pad. It forms a very soft comfortable seal around ears and also seals very well around arms of sunglasses.
-The ear muff pad is designed large enough to seal around the ear to block out noise
-Designed with slot in earmuff ABS cup and ABS washer with pad attached to accept speaker line passing through muff
Air bladder lines run under EPS side padding and under EPS chin bar padding to air valve and air bladder pump.
Loop velcro is stuck to the inside of helmet shell in the earmuff pocket. Hook velcro is stuck to the back side of the latex rubber air bladder for securely connecting the air bladder to the inside of the helmet shell.

Foam padding is installed in helmet shell around the earmuff pocket. Speaker line to helmet speaker is shown before being Velcroed to the right side air bladder.

1. Air pump with line to air bladders between the inside of the helmet and the earmuffs providing air pressure to force earmuffs to seal around blocking sound from entering ears.
2. Pressurwe release valve to release air pressure forcing allowing earmuffs to recede into the earmuff pocket to remove helmet without strssing ears.
3. Helmet speakers installed in earmuffs provide better quality sound system that earmuffs installed in helmet side pockets.
4. 3.5 mm plug wired to helmet speakers that is designed to connect to customers cell phone provides for superior sound quality for music enjoyment and clear crisp communication when customer receive a call or is receiving turn by turn direction form GPS.
